Cellulite treatments are done mainly with non-surgical treatments using our VelaShape™ machine which suctions and rolls the skin to pull and stretch the cellulite dimples. It also treats the skin with radio frequency and infrared at the surface to shrink it and smooth out the skin in general.

VelaShape™ is effective and FDA approved and has been shown scientifically to reduce cellulite. It does require ongoing maintenance treatments to keep your skin smooth and beautiful.

Severe cellulite dimples can also be treated surgically by cutting the little fiber that binds the skin down to the muscle. That option is somewhat limited.

We sometimes use Liposuction and Thermage™ in combination with VelaShape™ to improve and enhance the treatment of cellulite. Liposuction is used to remove excess fat while Thermage™ uses alternating heat and cooling to shrink the skin.
