  • Strength Testing: Muscle mass is important for calorie burning, youthful body contours, and maximum physical functioning
  • Body fat measurement and Body Mass Index are better than weight as yardsticks for body composition. Muscle is more dense than fatty tissue.
  • Joint Mobility and Tissue Flexibility Assessment: Flexibility can decrease pain and risk of injury. Hypermobility can be treated with stabilization exercises.
