The Ten Years Younger Diet

  1. Eat at least 30 grams of fiber a day.
  2. Consume 4 to 5 cups of colorful fruits and vegetables daily.
  3. Reduce saturated fat and shun trans fats.
  4. Choose healthy omega-3 fats (from seafood, nuts, and soy).
  5. Substitute whole grains for highly processed, refined foods.
  6. Seek out foods rich in calcium and magnesium.
  7. Hydrate.
  8. Save room for dessert.
  9. Watch your portion sizes.
  10. Select healthy snacks.
